1 (six oz) can shrimp or fresh
1 cup celery chopped
one cup lettuce chopped
1 cup grated carrot
one teaspoon minced onion
one can Chinese noodles (crisp)
one/4 cup mayonnaise
Drain shrimp, reserving liquid.
Put together and blend salad substances. Incorporate shrimp.
Just prior to serving increase noodles.
Mix mayonnaise with some shrimp juice to thin and toss.

Seafood Salad
2 cups crab and or shrimp
one cup diced celery
two tablespoon sliced green onion
1/2 cup mayonnaise
one tablespoon lemon juice
1/two teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
one/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
lettuce leaves
lemon wedges
If crab or shrimp parts are large, reduce into little items.
In medium bowl, combine crab, celery, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, salt and cayenne.
Toss carefully to coat and blend nicely.
Protect and refrigerate till serving time.
Provide with lettuce leaves and lemon wedges.

Seafood Pasta Salad
one (7-ounce) can again fin crab meat, rinsed, drained
one (7-ounce) can h2o-pack tuna, drained, flaked
one pound shrimp, cooked, peeled
one onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
two tablespoons (or much more) sweet pickle relish
8 ounces macaroni or shell pasta, cooked, drained
one/four cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Dry mustard to taste
1 (ten-ounce) package deal frozen green peas
Merge crabmeat, tuna and shrimp in bowl mix properly.
Stir in onion, green pepper, celery, pickle, relish and pasta.
Add combination of mayonnaise, salt, pepper and dry mustard blend carefully with wooden spoon.
Rinse eco-friendly peas underneath chilly h2o till thawed. Stir into salad.
Spoon on to lettuce-lined salad plates. Garnish with sliced challenging-cooked eggs, parsley sprigs and orange sections.

1 lb. clean lump crabmeat, drained
1/2 cup chopped celery
one tablespoon chopped eco-friendly pepper
1 tablespoon chopped refreshing parsley
1/four teaspoon capers
one/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tablespoon lemon juice
one/8 teaspoon salt
1/eight teaspoon seasoned pepper
sprint of garlic salt
1/eight teaspoon worcestershire sauce
3 Or 4 drops scorching sauce
lettuce leaves
Mix all components, besides lettuce excite to combine. Protect and chill one to two hours. Serve on lettuce leaves.

A straight forward and immensely useful review of the Glycemic Load Diet plus lots of really delicious recipes. Dana's work is in my experience always well researched, entertaining, educational and makes for fabulous food that contributes to your health. If you're thinking of returning to health this New Year this should be your first buy and if you have Dana's other cookbooks you won't find this redundant, but fresh and inspiring.

I brought this book in the hope that, as a person who tends to pass over fish in favour of red meat, the recipes in it would encourage me to cook fish more often. I found the book to be filled with recipes that were tasty, easy and fairly quick to make. I also found that it made life easier when a particular fish was indicated for that recipe. I was also impressed by the addition of a suggested accompaniment to the main meal, which took the guess work out of things for me. If i had one criticism it would be that could of been more pictures of what the finished product would look like when it was served. Altogether though, a book worth buying.

What can I say? I just bought this cook book and I am already in love with it! The book contains twenty-six great seafood dishes, nine side dishes, and tells you what what combination they are best served in. Even if you are new to cooking fish, don't worry. This book clearly explains the best ways to chose which fish to buy and the proper way to grill or barbecue it.
The first thing I made was fish fillets with a pepper dew dip that was an immediate hit with my family, the dip is fantastic and would go well with just about anything, and I know my family will be want more every time they come over from now on. Just from reading the book it is apparent that these are real home recipes that the author has been preparing for a long time. Two thumbs up!

Easy recipes to follow. Most ingredients are easily found in the pantry or supermarket. There are photos on each recipe however now as fascinating and big as an actual paper cookbook but none the less I look forward to making a few of these soon. One star taken off for poor editing (eg: spelling).
