What changes? 1) stop becoming a vegan, which is silly. 2) Consume meat three) eat mainly unwanted fat and protein.
Because you are a human and not a rabbit, I think these small changes will tremendously benefit your wellness. I advocate you feed your existing diet regime to a rabbit, and then consume the rabbit.
