Issue by : Is it regular to feel stuffed following I been functioning out for a couple weeks?
I been doing work out truly tough for two months at the fitness center, heaps of cardio and ab exercises. Currently I have been sensation overly stuffed right after I take in, like for lunch I experienced a mcdonalds salad and a cup of water, and I am all set to unbutton my trousers from how huge my stomach feels. It means your stomach is really shrinking ! Now your appetite is Limited because you worked out so maybe the McDonald’s salad filled you up & now your stuffed . it’s normal I had a bowl of cereal in the morning after doing Cardio & i didn’t even finish the bowl & I was full .
