I was looking forward to getting some great new seafood recipes but after I purchased the apt I was somewhat disappointed as it wasn't what I was looking for. There are some interesting looking recipes that I will be trying.

Wow was disappointed wit this cookbook! It has 6 or 7 recipes for "boiled salmon" . They are not in recipe format and there are many typos. They are written in paragraph format. Many did not tell you how much of an ingredient to use . I definitely regret buying this cookbook.
